Peter Kubik
Founder and partner of CUBE RECOVERY, k.s.
He is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Comenius University in Bratislava (2001). He gained professional experience in the past by working for an insurance company, law firms and insolvency trustees in Prague and Bratislava. He has been an advocate since 2005. He has also been an insolvency trustee since 2008. So far, he has performed the function of an insolvency trustee in several important bankruptcy proceedings with the volume of assets worth several million euros in the hotel, construction, wine and energy industry.
He also participated in the restructuring of companies from the engineering, petrochemical, and entertainment industries. However, he has extensive experience in the field of personal bankruptcies. He used this experience and knowledge when he successfully passed a special administrative exam in 2022, due to which he can be appointed to difficult bankruptcies and restructurings and at the same time perform the function of an insolvency trustee in the so called preventive restructuring procedures.
He speaks Slovak, Hungarian and English.
Fadi Fardous
Lawyer, founder and partner of CUBE RECOVERY, k.s.
In 2008 he graduated from the Law Faculty of the Comenius University in Bratislava. After completing his studies, he worked as an advocate and since 2009 as an insolvency trustee. During more than 15 years of experience as an insolvency trustee and advocate with a focus on insolvency law, he acted as an insolvency trustee or, as an advocate represented insolvency trustees or creditors in dozens of important bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings of companies operating in the textile, engineering and energy industries.
It is necessary to mention that, as an advocate, together with his team, he represents almost 5000 creditors with claims in the amount of approximately 100 million Euros against a financial group operating in central Europe.
Team of professionals
A part of CUBE RECOVERY, k.s. in addition to the team of partners Kubik and Fardous, is also the company Profesionálna správcovská kancelária, k.s. as a limited partner and co-creator of the idea of a new company with the status of a special trustee. The company has been operating on the market since 2011 and during its time managed hundreds of bankruptcy proceedings and dozens of restructuring proceedings in the amount of assets of more than 100 million Euros.
The company has a team of insolvency trustees with many years of experience in insolvency processes, advocates, economists, experts and auditors. Due to a long-term cooperation, the company has created a group of specialists with the help of which it can effectively manage and administer insolvency proceedings.
